Life Is Good

When The Police broke up in 1984 after their Synchronicity world tour, I cried like the hormonal 16-year-old I was. I mean: Sting, Stewart Copeland, and Andy Summers were my idols! Their music had kept me going through some fairly rough times.

And now, in celebration of the band's formation 30 years ago, The Police have done what I dared not wish they'd ever do: reunite for another tour.

I now have in my possession two tickets to The Police's August 3 show at Madison Square Garden.

Armageddon can come on August 4.
